Delivery

Delivery times are subject to stock availability, and to possible delays due to credit card authorisation, compliance with customs controls and other factors outside our control.

We will only ship to countries featured in our shipping list. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are copied directly from the information you give us when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.

In the interest of security we reserve the right to despatch the product(s) purchased on this site to the billing address belonging to the credit card used as payment and not to the nominated delivery address supplied by you.

If you are ordering a large number of titles and we find that there is a significant difference between the delivery charges in your order to the actual cost of delivery, we will reduce the cost to our actual cost where we can; alternatively, we will contact you if for some reason there is a much higher cost. We will absorb any reasonable increases without further charge.

UK orders

Delivery Costs:

Postage - £3.50 for the first item, then £2 per additional item

Overseas orders

You will be charged a shipping cost for each item placed on your order.

We deliver to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and UK & the Channel Islands. Some products may be restricted to certain countries, we will notify you during the sales process if any restrictions apply.

Delivery charges for European deliveries:

Items are sent by surface mail and delivery usually takes 7-14 working days from dispatch.
