Clinical Governance Facilitator at North West London Hospitals NHS Trust (NWLHT). Gary trained as an RGN and worked as a staff nurse on a variety of acute wards whilst also taking the lead in developing and implementing clinical pathways as the nurse representative. He joined the Quality team in 1999 where he further led the development of clinical pathways with a particular emphasis on the primary/secondary care interface. He recently co-led a lung cancer service redesign project for the nationally funded collaborative which was cited in the Cancer Plan.
