Sarah W. Fraser

Visiting Professor at the University of Middlessex and an Independant Consultant. She has had a number of operational and management roles in both the private and public sector including Esso/Exxon and the NHS. Her area of expertise and consultancy at national and international level focuses on improving performance through developing leadership and organisational capability. She uses quality improvement methodologies as well as insights from systems thinking and the complexity sciences.
