With zero financial funding back in Jan 2009, Kwai Yu successfully founded Leaders Café 2020 in just 12 months using nothing but the power of LinkedIN, the social media network. He went from a one-man band to a multi-national global social enterprise. His background is in IT, Leadership and Social Media. Kwai graduated from Salford University with a science degree and did his MBA at The Henley Business School. His leadership and management expertise are drawn from a portfolio of experience ranging from running a leadership change programme for one organisation with over 600 plus leaders participating; headed IT Projects (£40M) and IT Service Operations (£25M).
