Laura Hibbs

Worked in the NHS for 23 years. As the former Lead Nurse of North Bradford Primary Care Trust (PCT), Laura was elected as the first non-GP Clinical Chair of a PCT. In June 2003, Laura joined the Service Improvement Team at North and East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire Strategic Health Authority as a Service Improvement Manager with particular responsibility for the Action On and National Day Surgery Programmes. Laura is a member of the Learning Alliance's OD network and has a strong interest in working with frontline staff in improving the patient experience.
