Maxine Craig (Formerly Conner)

Director of the Learning Alliance.

A registered nurse who has worked within the NHS for over 10 years. She has held a variety of positions, including ward manager, business and programme management and since 1996, has worked in the field of service improvement and organisation development. She has a specific interest in the area of network and community of practice development and the use of technology in the work of OD. On a part-time basis, Maxime leads the Learning Alliance, a virtual service improvement and change management team supporting over 100 organisations within the North of England.
