Head of Spread and Sustainability, The Learning Alliance.
A state registered occupational therapist, who has worked in the NHS since 1988. Since 2000, she has worked as project manager on a number of Trust-wide initiatives, before joining the Learning Alliance. She has a specific interest in encouraging the share and spread of practice throughout the NHS, in order to reduce the inequity of patient care and to reduce the amount of staff time spent in re-inventing practice that is already known to be successful elsewhere. Her present role is as Associate Modernisation Facilitator (Sharing Practice) within the Learning Alliance.
